Savoring Six Months

Has it really already been 6 months since our sweet boy was born? It is incredible to think what all has happened since July. Our boy is growing, growing, growing. Each and every day Davis learns new things! He has experienced Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (all of which we love.) It is amazing how God continues to show his love for Brantley and I through Davis!

Davis loves: Daddy's singing (Back in Black and You are my Sunshine), Mommy singing (This Little Light of Mine and Jesus Loves Me) playing with his friends, talking, sitting up, cereal, carrots, sweet potatoes, laying on his side, rocking with daddy, sitting in his "car", music, grabbing our faces/hair and pulling as hard as he can :), his highchair, reaching for his momma, rolling back and forth, grass, going on walks, playing at papi's while mommy and daddy go on dates :), dancing with mommy while daddy dj's, and his changing table.
I am sure there are so many other things I am not listing!

Dislikes: Squash, the car, sleeping through the night.. ha, his car seat, and being alone!

Four Month Update

So much has happened in the last month, Davis celebrated his first Halloween. He dressed up as Woody and as a little monkey! I, of course, thought he was adorable as both :) We celebrated my birthday and will soon be celebrating Brantley's birthday. I am so excited that the holidays are right around the corner. That means more time with my little man. I am blessed to have a job that has off a week for Thanksgiving and two for Christmas. I know that the time I have with him with be precious.

New this months: Giggling out loud, he loves when his daddy tickles his tummy :), smiles when he sees me coming in to get him from daycare, responds with cooing, rolls over to his side/tummy

Likes: kisses, cuddling, long hair, Brantley's singing, baths, eating, EATING, playing, books, colorful toys, his deer blanket, rattles, sucking on his hands, grabbing his feet

Dislikes: the car and his car seat :(, being alone, going to sleep
